Everyone's Life Tells a Story...

The Carusocare Remembrance Band is a way to celebrate the life of your loved one. One of the goals of "Carusocare" is to continue with traditions held close in past generations, while modernizing them with the assistance of today's technologies.

During mourning periods in the past, women traditionally wore black dresses and men would wear black armbands as a sign that they had suffered a loss.

The "Carusocare" band serves as a reminder to you and as a sign to others that you have suffered a loss, much like the clothing did in the past. If you are approached and asked about the band, you can tell those who are asking who your loved one was and what they meant to you.

We all have individual methods to deal with our grief. You can expect to experience any of a wide range of emotions; none of which are right or wrong. When families and friends gather after a loss, they traditionally share some of the most important things that help with coping with grief; they are memories. Those memories, experiences, pictures, and stories weave together to form the tale of your loved one's life that will remain with you forever.
 

Memory Collection Support System

At Falco, Caruso and Leonard, all of our ceremonies, from viewing and visitation to graveside service, include the use of the Memory Collection Support System. This gives the opportunity to include a family designed tribute such as a memory table, photo collage board, "memory by a friend" station, and personalized video tribute.

Meaningful tributes may include photographs, memorabilia, shared memories and activities that acknowledge the unique nature of the person and what that person has meant to others.

Photographs are a wonderful way to share a story. Sorting through photos allow family and friends to remember, laugh, cry and reflect on special moments. Photos can be placed in frames or a collage format, and can be arranged in or around the casket.

Memory tables provide families an opportunity to place unique memorabilia and special mementos in a setting that helps to recreate the story that most symbolizes one's life

Our Annual Tree of Remembrance

Remembering those families we have served from All Saints Day through All Souls Day.

It is our honor and privilege to serve many families throughout the year. Each holiday season, we have on display in the main foyer at our Pennsauken Funeral Home our "Trees of Remembrance."

Personalized Angel ornaments adorn these trees in recognition of each loved one who has departed from November 1 through October 31, our annual memorial period.

It is our intention to make these ornaments available to the families as a permanent keepsake from our family to yours.

The "Trees of Remembrance" are on display each year through January. Families can make arrangements to receive their personalized ornament at the conclusion of the display period.

Fingerprint Keepsakes

We offer the ability to capture a detailed copy of your loved one's unique fingerprint, creating a deeply personal and permanent memorial.

This impression can be used to craft a variety of precious keepsakes, including:

A fingerprint keepsake offers comfort and a tangible connection to your loved one.

Please Note: Due to the sensitive nature of this service, it requires authorization from the legal next of kin. Please speak with your Funeral Director about obtaining the fingerprint impression and exploring the keepsake options available.

Horse & Carriage

For those seeking a truly distinguished and memorable tribute, we are honored to offer the option of a traditional Horse-Drawn Carriage for the final transport to the cemetery.

This elegant service includes:

• A beautiful white horse

• Formal Attire: The driver is dressed in formal attire, complete with a classic top hat

• Weather Reliability: This service is available year-round, rain or shine, as long as road safety is maintained (clear of snow and ice).

• Route: Available for distances of up to three miles.

This is a profound way to create a memorable and respectful moment of passage.

Limousine

We understand the importance of seamless travel during this emotional time. Our professional Limousine Service provides comfortable and reliable transportation for the immediate family and close guests throughout the day's services.

This service is designed to alleviate logistical worries, offering:

• Comfort and Capacity: Limousines comfortably seats up to seven passengers.

• All Locations: Transportation is managed from one designated pick-up location to all necessary sites, including the funeral home, church service, cemetery, and funeral luncheon.

• Peace of Mind: Allow our professional driver to handle the transportation details so your family can focus on one another and the service.

Dove Release

The release of white doves is a meaningful tradition, symbolizing the spirit's journey home, peace, and hope.

This beautiful and emotional gesture can be incorporated at the graveside or at the conclusion of the service to provide a memorable farewell. We are honored to arrange this special tribute for your loved one.

3 Dove Funeral Package - $385.00

This package is designed to provide a comprehensive and moving tribute, including:

• Three Doves Display: Two doves are housed in a large, decorated basket representing the heavenly host of angels, and a single dove is placed in a large, heart-shaped decorated basket representing the loved one.
• Personalized Presentation: These two decorated baskets are displayed on a covered tabletop. The decoration colors are chosen by the family to match their chosen color theme.
• Cherished Keepsake: A framed poem with a white dove feather inside the frame is provided as a gift to the family, intended to be read during the service before the doves are released.
• Guided Release: A reading explaining the meaning of the doves is provided before the release service for the family and friends.
• Custom Sound System: This package includes a sound system with music, featuring three song choices (with artists) chosen by the family, carefully timed throughout the service:
  • The 1st song is played while the loved one is being carried by the pallbearers to the gravesite.
  • The 2nd song is played while the family is releasing the doves from their baskets.
  • The 3rd song is played while the family and friends are laying their flowers down on the casket of the loved one.
