Mary Kay and I were best friends in grade school. I remember one year when we went to Riverview Park, we wore matching outfits. That was while we went to St. Mary's. I visited her and her parents when they lived in Ablett Village in Camden. When they moved to Cramer Hill, I also visited them there. As adults, we really only saw each other at our CCHS reunions. After the 50th, when I found out she lived in Holiday Village, I meant to call and ask her to go to lunch. I did see her at a St. Mary's reunion around that time. I am so sorry that she passed away. When you are in your early 70s, you really don't think that is "old." I just wanted to let you know that I think of her now, and regret not calling for that lunch we should have had together.
