Obituary of Marie Delores Colangelo

Marie D. Colangelo (nee Cirii), age 81 years of South Jersey, passed away on March 17, 2025.

Marie was born on July 5, 1943 to the late Elpidio and Annunciata "Nancy" Cirii (nee Cardile). Beloved wife of Salvatore Colangelo for over 60 years. Devoted mother of Joseph Colangelo (Laura) and Doreen Colangelo. Loving grandmother of Isabel, Adalene, and Joseph. Dear sister of the late Frank Cirii (Ruth). Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Marie enjoyed playing Mahjong tiles, spending time on the beach in Sea Isle City, going on cruises and to Atlantic City, hosting family and friends, and spending time with her 3 grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Monday from 9 to 10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM at the Church of St. Stephen, 6300 Browning Road, Pennsauken.  Entombment will take place privately at St. Mary's Mausoleum in Cape May, NJ.
