Obituary of Ramon Valladares

Ramon Valladares, age 87 of Camden and Pennsauken, passed away on April 4, 2025 at Cooper Medical Center in Camden.  He was born on December 17, 1937 in Leon, Nicaragua. 

Beloved husband of Mabel (nee Calderon); Devoted father of Olga, Sandra, Marvin, Yamilette, Otto and Mabel (Ruberto Cruz); Loving grandfather of 16 and great grandfather of 3; Dear brother of Carmen, Mercedes and Flora.  He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Prior to his retirement, Ramon was the owner and operator of Mabel's Food Market on Federal Street in Camden for over 30 years.  Family meant everything to Ramon - he cherished spending time with his family and was extremely giving and generous to all he met.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Saturday, April 12 from 9 to 10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Camden Funeral Home, 3425 River Avenue.  Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
