Obituary of Marjorie M. Kenney

Marjorie M. Kenney (nee Gallagher), age 100 of Moorestown, formerly of Merchantville for 73 years, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2025 at Care One in Moorestown.  She was born on January 6, 1925 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Edward and Marjorie (nee Carr) Gallagher.

Beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Jr.; Devoted mother of Richard (Gail), Marjorie O'Brien (Kevin), Kathleen Collura (Dr. Paul), Barbara Prior (Robert) and the late Thomas III and William; Loving grandmother of Kevin, Sean and Shannon O'Brien, Paul, Dr. Jeffrey and Cristina Collura, Timothy and Moira Prior, William Kenney and the late Sean Michael Prior and great grandmother of 11; Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Marjorie loved reading, crossword puzzles, gardening and going to the beach, having her morning coffee, being together with her family for the holidays, and traveling to see her kids and grandchildren, trips to Naples and the Cape or with her sunshine club friends

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Monday, May 5 from 10 to 11 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM.  Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Camden Catholic High School, 300 Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002; Sacred Heart School - Playground Fund, 235 Nevin Street, Lancaster, PA 17603; or to a charity of the donor's choice.
