Obituary of David E Sims

David E. Sims, age 77 of Pennsauken, passed away suddenly at his home on June 4, 2025.  He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Janaury 30, 1948 to the late David and Lucille (nee Glisson) Sims.

Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Fulton); Devoted father of Sean (Kim Russell) Sims, Monique Keeys (Dalwin), Melanie Whitney (Lee) and Devon Broadnax (Free); Loving grandfather of Sean, Evan, Brianna, Jaylen, Justin, Camryn and Kyree; Dear brother of Gloria Fulton; He is also survived by a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Mr. Sims enjoyed fishing, playing pinochle, dancing and gardening.  He was a die hard Eagles fan and loved to barbecue in the backyard.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation on Saturday, June 14 from 10 am until Noon at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 2723 Westfield Avenue in Camden, where Funeral Services will be held at Noon.  Committal services will be held privately.
