Remembering Friday night get togethers with Aunt Joan & Uncle Tom when they lived in Mount Laurel before moving to Collingswood where we would meet up as well.
Aunt Joan was blessed with beauty. She had a lovely smile and always made me feel special. She was interested in hearing about everything going on in the family and was a good listener.
I admired her as a wife, mother , grandmother and Aunt. I remember asking Uncle Tom one day what he admired most about Aunt Joan and he said, “She is just Joan”. The simplicity of his answer spoke volumes of a great love. I believe their reunion in Heaven was joyous.

Joan’s outward beauty was lit by a light from within. When I think of her I think of the word gracious. She was always interested in what was going on in our lives. She and Tommy, our Mom and Dad, and the other friends and family who made up their Friday cocktail hour crew were a great example to my generation of the value of close friends and family. She will be missed and the world will not be quite as beautiful without her. ❤️

One of many fond memories is visiting at their beach house where I would take a leisurely outdoor shower, Dave would take a little nap and Joan would feed our 5 young children lunch!!
Meeting at family gatherings, parties and of course beach side, we will always remember our interesting conversations with Joan.
A beautiful woman not just outwardly, but inwardly in character and faith, she will be missed.
Joan has left an amazing legacy through her beautiful family that will last an eternity. Our deepest condolences, prayers and thoughts to the Love Family,
Fondly David and Terry Anzano
