Our condolences to Frank, Nicole, Michael and family. Rita was a wonderful neighbor and a devoted protector of her loving family. She exemplified strong "old neighborhood" values and a sense of caring along with an admirable sense of humor and generous neighborliness. Even though we left the neighborhood years ago, thanks to people like Rita, our fond memories endured. Rest in peace Rita. You've left a legacy of love to your husband, children and grandchildren. I worked with Rita at MMWR for many years and remember her well. She was a lovely person, always kind and helpful. When she came to work in our Cherry Hill office, she uplifted the spirits of everyone there. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her because she was such a sincere and wonder person. I worked with Rita at MMWR for many years and worked next to her for several years. We enjoyed lunch together many, many times and she could always make me laugh. She had a "mother's wisdom" which I appreciated.My sincerest condolences to Frank, Nicole and Frank, Jr.

I met Rita at MMWR in the mid 90's. She was a wonderful co-worker and friend. I will always hold a special place in my heart for her. So very sorry to hear of her passing. May angels surround her family and friends during this time. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I met Rita in 1973 when I began working at Drinker. I can’t tell you what a lasting memory I have of Rita, who at just 23 years old, held the position of one of two Executive Assistants to the managing partner. That job not only requires excellent clerical skills but an array of other outstanding qualities in order to smoothly run that office. So for such a young woman to be in that position was remarkable. I have many other fond memories of Rita - visiting her and Frank on the weekends when Nicole and Michael were little ones and so many family gatherings I was privileged to attend. It was truly an honor to have known Rita all these years and I hope her wonderful family finds comfort in all the happy memories.
