It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our dear friend, Big Jim.
Jim was a big man in every sense of the word—his stature was striking, but even greater was the size of his heart, his laughter, and his faith. He lived guided by devotion to God, sharing his light through kindness, generosity, and love that touched everyone around him.
The greatest joy of Jim’s life was his beloved wife, Sharon. Together, they built a marriage rooted in faith and love, and they inspired everyone who knew them. They especially cherished traveling and taking cruises, always eager for new adventures side by side. Those journeys reflected their joy in life and the deep bond they shared.
Big Jim will be remembered for his wisdom, humor, and the way he made people feel like family. Though his passing leaves us with sadness, we take comfort in knowing his faith has carried him home. His spirit will continue to live on in Sharon, in the lives he touched, and in the countless memories we hold dear.
Rest peacefully, Big Jim. You will be missed beyond words, but never forgotten.
Until we see each other again...Guy

Dear Jim,
Peter and I loved being in your presence. You had a larger than life personality, and was always laughing; It was contagious. You welcomed our family with open arms, and you shared how blessed we were that all our families got along (Mignogna, Maines, Percell, Chaparro, and DePaola). We will forever cherish this. You will be missed and remembered, always in a positive light. XO
Love Always,
Julie, Peter, and Sophia

Jim was bigger than life. I met him 11 years ago and we remained friends since then. We pursued dreams together to bring benefits and solutions to the segments that needed them the most. With every call was his usual “what is up Brother? how can I help? And then a lesson - I learned a lot and will always remain indebted for his kindness. Rest in Peace BIG JIM love you Brother!!!

I don't even know what to say. From very early on in our working relationship you took me under your wing and started calling me your little brother. We would talk at least once a month just to check in. Then in August of 2023 you had a project that you thought would be a good fit for me and then began a joint venture where I would talk to you everyday, multiple times a day and you became a second father to me. There are no words, even heartbroken doesn't cover it. You will be missed very very much

BIG JIM will be missed! I had the honor of knowing him through his wonderful daughter Jamie. He and his wife Sharon always welcomed me with open arms. I will cherish the memories that we made sitting around the table for dinner, talking and laughing for hours.

My Big Brother Jim, we have been friends and working insurance buddies for over 30 years. He is now walking all over heaven with my wife Judie. Over the years Big Jim would give Judie a hug and I always laugh as his big hug totally covered Judie and I couldn't see her.
Jim, so loved you Sharon and was overjoyed when you got feeling better. And Jamie and Jason your dad loved you guys and so so proud of you two. Then what can I say about Grampa being overjoyed with his two new grandkids.
Big Jim and I probably had two or three calls a week. Some on Business and some on just our Families. I am going to miss those calls.
You are all healthy now Jim and YOU HAVE GOT TO TOUCH THE FACE OF GOD. I love you Brother.

I was in total shock when Barry Wilken told me Jim had passed. He was such an amazing and funny guy. I have worked with Barry for 25 years and have known Jim since the start. He was a pleasure to work with!!! My memory of him is about the little things he did that made him extra special. Every year he bought girl scout cookies from my daughter. We lived in San Diego and had them shipped to him and Sharon. It made my daughter's day to have someone in New Jersey want to buy cookies from her. My thoughts and prayers go out to all who loved him! Sharon, please know that if you need anything we are a phone call away. Sendings lots and lots of hugs!
