Philip Colon, age 78 years of Camden, passed away on November 8, 2025.
Devoted father of Angel Colon, Blanca Colon, Gilberto Colon (Susan) and the late Felipe Colon, Jr. (Luz). Loving grandfather of Angel, Ava, Juan, Judy, Tanairi, Alex, Nina, Nathan, Madison, Savanna, Donovan and Jacob and great grandfather of Leylannie, Journee, Memphis, Jackson, Alonni, Daniel, Oliver, Phoenix, Kaia, Addisyn, and Antonio. Dear brother of Angel Burgos (Adelaida), Frances Kaleta (Dan), Francisco Colon (Consuelo Perez), Antonio Colon (Yupa), Lucy Zearfoss, and the late Irma, America, Carmen, Frank, Frederick and Ines Colon. Cherished son of the late Francisco Colon and Maria Burgos. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Philip was a proud United States Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War. He loved to read and spend time with a good puzzle—crosswords, word searches, or Sudoku were among his favorites.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 9:30-11 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM. Interment will follow at the Camden County Veterans Cemetery in Camden. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrier Project PO Box 758517
