Obituary of Terrence M. Carr

Terrence M. Carr, age 78 of Pennsauken, passed away on December 23, 2025.  He was born in Camden on December 12, 1947 to the late Patrick Sr. and Rita (nee Crist) Carr.

Devoted father of Kelly Ann (Terence) Eisenhardt, Kevin (Tina) Carr and Ryan Carr; Loving grandfather of Maxwell, Declan, Calli, Maggie, Madelyn and Raeghan; Dear brother of Patricia (Arthur) Jennings and Patrick (Barbara) Carr Jr.; Beloved companion of Judy Kinsler; Also survived by Judy's children David Kinsler and Rachael (Chris) Rutter and grandchildren Hailie, Carter and Halia as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends and his faithful schnauzer Gracie. 

Prior to his retirement, Mr. Carr was employed with the Township of Pennsauken for 22 years, retiring as Director of Economic Development.  He also worked part-time as a limo driver, making many longtime friendships with his clientele.  Terry enjoyed all Philadelphia sports, both collegiate and professional and was a dedicated Villanova basketball fan.  He loved to golf and spend time at the beach, and during the holidays dressed as Santa.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday, January 2, 2026 from 6 to 8 PM and Saturday, January 3, 2026 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 North Browning Road.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM at the Church of St. Stephen, 6300 Browning Road.  Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
