Obituary of Jaclyn Nichol LaFrennie

Jaclyn LaFrennie, age 40 years of Clayton, formerly of Buena, NJ, passed away suddenly on March 11, 2026.

Long-time partner of Neil Keown. Loving daughter of Lori LaFrennie (nee Lotozo) and Gregory LaFrennie.  Cherished sister of Jayne Celeste, Jessica LaFrennie (Morgan), and the late Lee LaFrennie. Beloved granddaughter of Ronald and Dale Lotozo, Gayle LaFrennie Maiden, and the late Dean LaFrennie.  Cherished niece of Todd, David, Dean, Drew, and the late Greg and Glen. Jaclyn was a loving aunt to Andrew, Amelia, Ben, Ellie, and Auggie, and is also survived by Sebastian, Danny, Nicky, Elijah, and Ian.

Jaclyn (Jackie or Jake to her Mommom) cared deeply for her family, friends, and feline fur babies. Jackie was a passionate storyteller and gifted baker, she loved creating sweet treats to share with the people she loved. Jackie was a thoughtful person, always putting such love and intention into the gifts she gave others. She was a nostalgic person who loved to reminisce almost as much as she loved quoting 80’s movies from her childhood. She will be remembered for her sweet smile and rambunctious spirit. 

A private service will be held by the family.
