Obituary of Elizabeth McWilliams

Elizabeth “Betty” McWilliams (nee Rania), age 93 formerly of Pennsauken, passed away at Cardinal Village in Sewell on March 16, 2026.  She was born in Philadelphia, PA on April 11, 1932 to the late John and Mary (nee Carelli) Rania.

Beloved wife of the late William; Devoted mother of David (Kim) McWilliams, Beth Ann (Ray) O’Shea, Mark (Denise) McWilliams, Susan McWilliams and the late Christine (Joe) Vandergrift; Loving grandmother of Jason, Greg, Dan, Megan, Ken, Ryan, Kevin, Kate, Erin, Melissa, Aaliyah and Nigel; Cherished great grandmother of 14; Dear sister of Marie Giannone and John Rania.

Betty enjoyed spending time doing various types of needlework, whether it be quilting, crocheting, knitting or sewing.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Monday from 6 to 8 PM and Tuesday from 9:15 to 10:15 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM at the Catholic Church of Christ Our Light, 402 Kings Highway North in Cherry Hill.  Entombment will follow at Calvary Mausoleum in Cherry Hill.
