Obituary of Warren W Hurlburt Sr.

Warren W. Hurlburt, Sr., age 91 of Southampton, NJ, formerly of Camden, passed away peacefully at his home on April 27, 2026.  He was born in Camden on May 14, 1934.

Beloved husband of the late Ruth L. (nee Zoll) for 62 years; Devoted father of Linda L. (Bill) Lawyer, Warren Jr. (Diane) and Alfred (Barbara); Loving grandfather of Lindsey, Brittany and Adam; Cherished great grandfather of Michael, Rocco and Jaxson; Dear brother of Charles Hurlburt and the late William Hurlburt, Charlotte Flanagan, Florence Richio and Frank Hurlburt.

Warren was a proud United States Army Korean War Veteran, serving from 1951 to 1954.  He was a recipient of the United Nations Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal and Korean Service Medal with 2 Bronze Service Stars.  After his military service, Warren was employed as a truck driver for many years with J.V. VanSciver in Camden.  In his younger years, he liked crabbing and fishing.  Warren was also an avid reader and bowler, and enjoyed working on puzzles or taking vacations and cruises with his wife and family.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 from 9 to 11 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM.  Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Pennsauken.
