My dear friend, my buddy, I’m so deeply saddened by your passing. I’m thankful for your friendship for over 24yrs (you were one of the first people I met while in college). Thank you for always being there for me and my family. I’ll never forget the night you drove me all over Jersey and Philly to get a prescription filled for my dad, when he was battling cancer. He really needed that medication and you came through, like real friends do. That act of kindness will always be embedded in me. I’m thankful for the memories we shared together. You were spontaneous and always down for a good time. More importantly you always stayed in touched and checked on me to make sure I was doing ok. You would hit me up saying “k lol k fea”, but I find comfort knowing that you LIVED life to the FULLEST. You always did what you wanted to do and when you wanted, No one could tell you otherwise. I also know how much you loved your mom, your daughters, and sisters, and I’m sure you’ll continue to watch over them and make your presence felt from above. Life will not be the same without you my friend (you still owe me a domino rematch).
I’m forever grateful for your friendship.

You will truly be missed. It’s been so hard reflecting on all the memories from my childhood and realizing just how much love you always showed me. No matter what was going on in life, you always made sure to check on me, ask how I was doing, and remind me how proud you were of me. Those conversations meant more than you probably ever realized.
I still remember the first time you took me to Chick-fil-A. It may seem like such a simple moment, but it became one of my favorite core memories with you. We sat in the car just talking and laughing like we didn’t have a care in the world. Those are the kinds of moments that stay with you forever.
I’ll never forget how you would come check on us whenever papi was away, always making sure we were okay. I remember telling you how badly I wanted those Jordans, and you truly tried your hardest to get them for me even though they were sold out everywhere lol. Looking back now, it was never really about the shoes, it was about your love, your effort, and the way you always tried to make us happy.
Whenever there was you, there was papi right beside you. The memories with you both are some of the most special parts of my childhood, memories I’ll carry with me forever. I could honestly go on and on about all the core memories we shared, but I’ll keep it short and sweet.
And I’ll always smile thinking about how you were the only person who called me “Siani,” even though my name was definitely Sanny. Little things like that made you so special and unforgettable.
Thank you for every laugh, every conversation, every check-in, and every memory. You brought so much love, warmth, and comfort into our lives. I hope you are resting peacefully. You will forever hold such a special place in my heart, and you will truly be missed every single day.
