Obituary of Gerald Theobrun

Gerald Theobrun, age 51 of Westville, passed away suddenly on May 19, 2026.  He was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti on April 30, 1975 to Emmanuel and Jocelyne Jean-François.

He is survived by children, Alissa Minatchy, Gaethan Theobrun, Stephanie Pierre and Isabella Hernandez; brother, Marckenzy Theobrun; sister, Manuela Theobrun as well as many friends and co-workers.

Gerald was employed as a security officer at Rowan University in Camden at the time of his passing.  He cherished spending time with his children and fishing when he could find the time.  Gerald was full of love for all people and would give you whatever you needed no matter what the circumstances.  He always had a positive attitude and only saw the good in people.  He was the protector of his family and would always fight for them and sacrifice for what was right.  

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Wednesday, May 27 from 8:45 to 10:45 AM at the Church of St. Joachim, 601 West Browning Road in Bellmawr, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM.  Interment will follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery in Bellmawr.
