Obituary of Sergio Antinori

Sergio Antinori, age 91 of Pennsauken, passed away peacefully at home on May 31, 2026.  He was born in Folignano, Italy on October 9, 1934 to the late Igino and Felicita (nee DeVecchis) Antinori.

Beloved husband of 65 years of the late Frances (nee Vallorani); Devoted father of Barbara (Raymond) Peterson and Joseph Antinori (Rosemarie Leuzzi); Loving grandfather of Cristina, Gianna and Nicholas; Dear brother of Pia (Domenico "Mimmi") Iannoni and the late Italo and Ivo Antinori; Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Sergio immigrated from Italy in 1950 at the age of 16 to Camden.  He was a faithful parishioner and usher at St. Cecilia's Church in Pennsauken since 1966.  A proud veteran of the United States National Guard, he was an excellent cook, loved studying history, spending time in his garden and with his family.  Sergio also enjoyed socializing and was a Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM at the Church of St. Peter, 43 W. Maple Avenue in Merchantville.  Entombment will follow at Calvary Mausoleum in Cherry Hill.
