Obituary of Charles L. Malone

Charles L. Malone, age 84 years of Cherry Hill, formerly of Camden, passed away on July 14, 2026.

Beloved husband of Vivian (nee Seeney). Devoted father of Beth Malone. Dear brother of the late Charity Peters, Adrianna Washington, John J. Malone Jr., and George Malone. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and wonderful neighbors who referred to Charles as "Mayor of Drake Road."

Prior to retirement, Charles was employed as an executive for TWA for over 30 years. He was a proud veteran of the US Army serving during the Vietnam War. Charles enjoyed spending his free time volunteering with Meals on Wheels and food drives at his church. He often gave to many charities and loved helping others. Charles was a protective and proud man, serving as a protector of his family and friends. He was a fun loving guy and had a great sense of humor. Charles will be remembered as a caring and generous man and will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. Remember his quote, "If money is involved, my mouth is involved."

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Friday, July 24, 2026 from 9-11 AM at the St. John's Baptist Church, 400 N. 30th Street, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM. Interment will follow at the Camden County Veterans Cemetery in Camden.
