Just wondering:I've nocetid on the Pennsauken.net website that your schools show a listing of all staff members, except the Assistants. Do they not deserve to be listed also? After all, they too are an important part of this school district. At the last BOE meeting, Dr. Johnson read a letter from the State of NJ praising the Special Education Dept. of Pennsauken Schools. Well I don't think that that would have been possible without the support of the assistants. Just wondering.

Mrs. Hendricks, my heart goes out to you. Mark was a good man, and all the years we worked together, there was not a day that went by that he did not speak of you lovingly. I know of the books you shared, and the desserts you would order at the restaurants that had the menus with the seasonal local fare. I even know about the escalators and the airplanes, because he spoke of you always. I know that you are a kind and compassionate person, just like Mark. So in this time of your loss, think of all the goodness that you have shared with this man in your life. He would not want you to be sad or heartbroken. This is the time to celebrate his life. May God enfold you with his enduring love during this period. This is for you Mark - The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. ... Until we meet again "Salt Shaker"

Mark was more than a close family friend, he was the brother I never had. Growing up, Mark and his family surrounded me with a love that gave me a firm confidence in myself that I would later desperately need in this world. He loved unconditionally, had an awesome sense of humor, and taught me how to cheat at Uno looking into my Nana's eyeglasses lol I love you Mark and will miss you for the rest of my life, but feel blessed that you have been in it! Fly with the Angels (and all your animal friends in Heaven)!

Mark was my only "real" Cousin, since all the others lived out of state and I never knew them. We both shared a love of music and I still remember, whenever my family visited Haddon Heights, he and I escaping from "the old folks" to his room where we would sit for hours and play his records (vinyl at that time)and catch up on things. I'm just sorry I have always lived so far away since we both grew up and we were never able to spend much time together in our later years. He will be missed.
