on the local level it doesnt maettr. WHAT DOES IT MATTER Jonathan & tell me? If you honestly believe that, you should consider why you think the GOP is a viable choice to begin with. The two party system is a horrible idea, but its still the best system we have. I for one, embrace the conservative principles that are at the heart of the Republican party and if you do not think ideals such as low taxes, personal responsibility, and rewarding charity instead of funding social programs just to name a few are not important for a candidate running at the local level, then you are voting for the wrong reasons. Maybe you should stick to a Hope & Change style candidate, that seems to be working out great.
