To the Ruff Family, I was very saddened to hear the loss that you suffered with Bill's passing. While I've lost touch with Bill over the past 20+ some years I remember him as a good classmate, friend and team player in football together at BE. Reading the obituary here showed me the love Bill shared with his children and family. God bless you all and God will watch over you now that Bill has passed.
