Obituary of Claudio Antonio Payamps Nunez

Claudio Antonio Payamps Nunez, age 86 of Camden, passed away on February 18, 2024 at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden.  He was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic on August 18, 1937.

He is the beloved husband of the late Quisquiya Adelaida Cruz; devoted father of Zunilda Cruz, Jacquelin Nunez, Claudio Payamps and Kelvin Payamps; loving grandfather of 7, great grandfather of 4 and dear brother in law of Binencia de la Cruz.

Claudio was a huge baseball fan and loved rooting on the Boston Red Sox.  He also enjoyed dancing and listening to music.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Saturday, February 24 from 9 to 11 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Camden Funeral Home, 3425 River Avenue.  Interment will take place at Harleigh Cemetery in Camden after the visitation.
