Obituary of Maria L. Gonzales-Mercado

Maria L. Gonzales-Mercado, age 100 years of Camden, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on December 31, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Pedro. Devoted mother of Rosa Febres, Maria (Jose) Torres, Manuel (the late Carmen) Diaz, Lydia (Luis) Otero, Daisy Betancoul and the late Herminio, Osvaldo, Aurea, Edgardo, Aida, Ildefonso, Juan and Maria Elena. Loving grandmother of many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Wednesday from 9 AM at St. Joseph's Pro Cathedral, 2907 Federal Street in Camden, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM. Entombment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 2151, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38101-2151.
