Obituary of Angel Antonio Vazquez
Angel A. Vazquez, age 69 years of Camden and Merchantville, passed away on July 26, 2023.
Beloved husband of Evangelista Vazquez (nee Cortes). Devoted father of Joann Floyd (Sheron), Jacqueline Vazquez-Evans (Dupree), and Jennifer Velez (David). Loving grandfather of Ricardo, Princess, David, Janaya, and Destiny and great grandfather of Madison, Juliette, and Jayce. Dear brother of Patricia and predeceased by many other brothers and sisters. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Angel enjoyed fishing, travelling, and playing dominos. He loved to play his guitar and sing. Devoted to his faith, Angel's compassion and kindness were evident in his interactions with others. He was a dependable friend, always ready to offer a helping hand and a listening ear. Angel had a special place in his heart for his grandchildren, enjoying every moment spent playing and rough-housing with them. His family was his pride and joy, and he treasured every moment spent with them. Angel will be remembered as a good friend, loving husband and father and will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 9:30-11:30 AM at the Falco, Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 PM at the Church of Christ Our Light, 402 Kings Highway N. in Cherry Hill. Interment will follow at Morgan Cemetery in Cinnaminson.
