My sister-in-law Lelis Ortiz was a special woman. We would sit and talk about many things and she always made me laugh. We talked about the world and the way things were going in my life. She always gave me hope of a better future and she also helped me when I was down and out. I love her very much and she will always bein my heart. I know she is at peace and asking God help me.
