Obituary of Antonino D'Alessio

Antonino D'Alessio, age 79 years, of Pennsauken, passed away suddenly on May 20, 2016. Beloved husband of Nunziata (nee Procaccino). Devoted father of Manuele and his wife Peggy and Carlo and his wife Stephanie. Loving grandfather of Danielle, Manny, Caroline, Brianna and Antonio. Dear brother of Domenicoantonio D'Alessio, Maria Siravo, Leonardo D'Alessio and the late Pietro, Mario and Immaculata. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Antonino came to America in 1969 with his wife and one child with dreams of building a better life for him and his family. He worked for many years in construction and when he retired he loved to spend time gardening and with his grandchildren. Antonino was always proud of his Italian heritage and roots to Italy and enjoyed traveling back over the years with his wife to visit with many of his loved ones. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Thursday from 7-9 PM and Friday from 9:30-10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11 AM at the Parish of Mary Queen of All Saints, Church of St. Cecilia, 4824 Camden Ave in Pennsauken. Entombment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
