Obituary of Dorothy DiMarcangelo

Devoted wife, loving mother, beloved grandmother, great grandmother, dear sister and loving daughter of Julia (Shatynski) and Michael Edynak, Dorothy A. DiMarcangelo, of Marlton, formerly of Cherry Hill and Ocean City passed away peacefully on June 12, 2016 surrounded by her loved ones. She was 86. Mrs. DiMarcangelo earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education from West Chester University and taught in Chester, PA and Haddon Heights, NJ. She lived in Cherry Hill until moving to Ocean City in 1995. Predeceased by her loving husband of 57 years Dr. Michael C. DiMarcangelo, Sr. and 4 siblings, she is the devoted mother of Dr. Mark T. (Sheila), Corinne (Frank) Santisi, and Dr. Michael C. Jr. (Susan); loving grandmother of Katie, Andrew (Amy), Michael B. (Mandy), Gianna, Jenna (Eric), Anthony, Frank, Jonathan, Victoria, Emily and Kara, and great grandmother of Makaela, Isaac, Reed and Levi. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:30 AM at the Church of St. Joan of Arc, 100 Willow Bend Road in Marlton, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30. Committal services will follow privately.
