Obituary of William G. Harter

WILLIAM G. HARTER SR., age 77 years of Browns Mills, formerly Camden, passed away on September 23, 2016 surrounded by family passed away peacefully. Beloved husband of Phyllis (nee Taylor); Devoted father of William (Connie) Harter Jr. and Melissa (Mark) Cimaglia; Loving grandfather of Bethany and Elizabeth; Dear brother of Patricia Harter. Prior to retirement, Bill worked as an Electronic Technician at Princeton Plasma Physics Lab. He was a proud Navy Veteran who was active for 4 years and 1 years in the reserves. He was an avid wood carver, amateur artist, and one of the smartest men we ever knew. He loved to read. He dabbled in playing the guitar and the recorder, loved history, especially the civil war. He will be missed by all who knew him. Relatives & friends are invited to the Memorial Service on Saturday at 11 AM at the Maranatha Christian Fellowship Church, 802 N Lenola Rd, Moorestown, NJ 08057. At the request of the family, final disposition will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to: Deborah Heart & Lung Center, 200 Trenton Rd, Browns Mills, NJ 08015.
