My thoughts and prayers are with all of his family and friends. I worked with Tony for many years and he was an incredible person. You could be having a bad or stressfull day and he would always manage to make you smile and get you through it. He was definitely always good for a laugh or twelve. He was a friend and co-worker and he will be missed and missed by many.

On behalf of my family and I, we would like to send you our condolences at this very sad occasion. I do not have the words to express my sorrow at the passing of Jose'. He was a good guy and was always laughing and making others around him smile and laugh, either through his words or actions. His smile and laughter will be missed. I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to Jose's family. There's such a sense of helplessness when someone we love dies. I'd like to share some scriptural thoughts that really helped me. Prayer is so valuable at this time, but it's not that prayer simply makes us feel better. 2 Cor. 4:7 says that God can give us,
"... power beyond what is normal ", to go from one day to the next. This does not mean that we no longer cry or that we forget, but it means we recover. The reason we recover is because of our hope. Jesus Christ talked about our hope in
John 5:28, "...all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out". Jesus was referring to the resurrection; this is our hope that helps us recover and gives us power to go on. 2 Cor. 1:3 describes our Creator as, "... the God of all comfort ". One way that God comforts us is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear. May the God of comfort be your comfort now during this time of sorrow.

I have had the pleasure of working with Tony for 16 years. Always presented himself with that smile and willing to help anyone although Tony would lead you to think he wouldn't he always did. My memories would be packing up to leave for the day and Tony would come around the corner of my hallway snickering stating "Linda oh ya she is still here". Just go get a reactuib out of me trying to get out of the building, and we would just crack up about it.. Tony will be missed very dearly Homecare will never be the same. My thoughts and prayers to family and friends....

I work with Tony as my co-partner with telehealth..I had just retried in April and my last moments with Tony was that when I said good-bye I hug him and told him that I will miss you the most and that is what I will take with me..

I had the pleasure of working with Tony at VHC for the past 15 years. When I first started at VHC, he was one of the first people to welcome me and he remained one of my closest work friends. He made me laugh and was always helpful on the job - even when it took a little prodding. He loved to say no first before saying yes; that was just his way of messing with everyone. He had an infectious smile and a great sense of humor. Tony will be sorely missed. VHC will never be the same.

Dearest Colon Family,
I am so very sorry and shocked to hear about the passing of Tony. I have know Tony for twenty-five years working thru Virtua.
