Obituary of Mario Acevedo

Mario Acevedo, Sr., age 76 years, of Camden formerly of Brooklyn, NY, passed away on March 23, 2017 at Cooper Hospital in Camden. Beloved husband of Nilsa (nee Melendez). Devoted father of Denise, Mario and the late Marjua Acevedo. Loving grandfather of 9 and great grandfather of 1. Dear brother of Marjua Acevedo. Prior to retirement, Mario was employed as a chef at various restaurants for many years. He was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. Mario enjoyed cooking, drinking coffee and watching TV especially the History and Sci-Fi channels. Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
