There aren't many of my Terrace Avenue memories that don't include Dorothy. Thru all her babies her job changes fashion Plate shows wonderful dinners laughs and tears Dorothy was there The loss of such a wonderful beautiful strong woman is a loss to all of us She truly made an impact on our lives I will miss you Honey Dear My heart is sad Rest In Peace You are an angel for sure !!!

Dorothy has been a friend since the 80's when we both worked together until 2015 when I retired, Dorothy, Terry and I set up a monthly dinner which we all loved. I spoke to her last week and our date for Oct was the 4th. I was so heartbroken to hear this morning that she had passed in her sleep, she was a wonderful friend and a kind, wonderful person. She loved her family so much we would often talk at dinner about her granddaughters who she adored. She will always be in my heart and memory I will pray for you all to get through this time. I know she is happy and in heaven with her son. I will miss her kind ways and wonderful smile.

Elise to you and your family. I'm so sorry for the loss of Dorothy. I met Dorothy many years ago in Cancun. I was a widow only for a short time and Dorothy took me under her wing. I loved her from the first day I met her. What a wonderful women. I know she is in a better place but I know she will be missed. My sister in law came to Cancun with me and I was so happy she was able to meet Dorothy too. We were able to spend a lot of time with her. We talk about her all the time. We loved her honest conversations!! Especially about men.. I have a smile on my face now just thinking about some of the things she would tell us. I just am sorry we were not able to get to visit her while she was home.

Our Darling Dorrothy. You are forever in our hearts. A treasure to all who have had the honor of having you in their lives. To Dorothy's family, Elise and Stephanie ,you both, along with Matthew, were the light in her life. She adored her grandchildren and spoke of them, and their accomplishments, endlessly.
