To Mrs Procacci, JM, Rita, Loretta and Family Members, I was saddened to hear of the
passing of Joe, he was a Giant of a Man, he truly will be missed by all who knew him. You have my deepest sympathy. R.I.P. Joe.

I had the privilege of serving on the United Board with Joe. On several visits to his office i was awestruck by his humbleness and passion for the business. There is no finer man in the produce industry.
