I just learned of Dolores’ passing.
I am sorry I wasn’t able to give my condolences to you in person. Dolores was my 1st grade teacher at Dudley School. I reconnected with her when I was a teacher in Pennsauken. One day, by chance, someone introduced me to her. I said that my first grade teacher’s name was Zubrzycki. She asked me my maiden name...and she remembered me! We reminisced about that time. I think I was in her very first classroom! She was a lovely person and will be sorely missed.
