Obituary of Adria L Cruz

Adria L. Cruz, age 54 of Pennsauken, passed away on May 21, 2018 at Samaritan Hospice in Voorhees, New Jersey.

She is the beloved daughter of Gervacio and Carmen M. (nee Serrano) Cruz; loving life partner of Gregory Green; devoted mother of Juan Cruz and daughter-in-law Alanna Cruz; dear sister of Ariel, Aramis and Abdel “Maruzo” Cruz; adored niece of Inocencia Serrano Olmo, Zaida Serrano Tirado, Confesora Cruz, Marcelina Cruz, and the late family members Dolores Cruz, Santiago Cruz, Gaspar Cruz, Domingo Cruz, Luis Cruz, Maria Luisa Cruz, and Hilda Cruz; and loving aunt to her nephew and nieces.

Adria was the most persistent woman I have ever known. She was the proudest mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend ever! She enjoyed traveling with her son. She was devoted to her career of 24 years at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Rowan University and was passionate about her work. She loved spending time with her family, going out to dinner with her friends, and enjoying the company with Greg watching DEXTER. She always watched HGTV and would get inspired with the designs at home. 

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Wednesday, May 30 from 9 to 10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Camden Funeral Home, 3425 River Avenue, where a Funeral Service will be held at 10:30. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
