Ubaldo “Cuco” Burgos, age 63 years, of Camden, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family.  Beloved husband of Magdalena Rosario-Burgos.  Devoted father of Madeline Burgos, Elizabeth Cuevas (Christian Pena), Tina Burgos (Waldemar Ramos) and Jennifer Gonzalez (Alfredo).  Loving grandfather of Serena, Jenaya, Justin, David, Alyssa, Keiontay, J’Lani, Adelena, Adriana and Aliani.  Dear brother of Noemi, Edith Rios, Elizabeth, Carmen, Justiniano, Eliezer, Luis A., Ramon, Margarita, Lourdes, Benjamin and the late German.  Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Prior to his illness, Ubaldo was employed at the Camden Board of Education for the last 10 years.  He was known to many as the “Maestro” meaning the master of all trades, he could fix anything and was a talented carpenter.  Ubaldo enjoyed fishing, barbecuing and listening to salsa, Spanish and Jibaro music.  He loved his family especially the grandchildren and was stern but funny and quick witted.  Ubaldo was a mentor for a lot of people and will be remembered for his loving and caring ways.
