Cindy I am so sorry for your lost. I am your Cousin Janet Measley, I let Skip, Joyce, Ann, Sally, Uncle John and Cousin Ronny know. The whole family was really shocked not knowing that he was even sick. Please try to call me I am at home usually after 6pm at 609-388-5839. Thank you and I am truly sorry to hear that he had passed. I personally would like to give an honorable mention to a special individual, Meghan McHugh. It has come to my attention that she wasn’t mentioned in the above obituary. I can not begin to put into words the amount of help that she has been, through these trying times. She has offered a helping hand more than most of my own family has. From the early mornings to the late nights. Pop loved her like his own. The second she walked into the room you could feel his energy shift. From the way his eyes lit up you knew there was an unbrakebale bond between the two. From myself personally. Thank you Meghan for everything that you have done. I’m forever in debt to you. I love you with all of my hart.

No one could mangle the English language like Bill. His opinions were some of the funniest things I’ve ever heard. A day without him at the river was a day without sunshine. many prayers to you all on the great loss of your Dad,I feel your heart ache, we were friends for 64yrs, We have shared so many great fun times made a lot of great memeries, had a lot in common and stuck by one another through good,bad and sad times,we grew up together,stayed toge ther,I will miss our phone calls at least 1a week,we laughed,we cried,shared our thoughts, he took the place of your Mom,they were like my sister &brother,he lived a good life, now Bill and Gerry are together again for ever!
