Obituary of Lizette T. Roman-Zayas

Lizette T. Roman-Zayas, age 53 years of Pennsauken, formerly of Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2019 surrounded by her loving family.  Beloved wife of Ricardo Zayas.  Devoted mother of Ricardo Zayas, Jr. (Kimberly) and Veronica Zayas. Loving daughter of Adriano Roman and the late Ivonne (nee Mendez).  Dear sister of Ivonne M. and Adrian L. Roman.  Also survived by mother in law, Agapita Zayas. 

Prior to her illness, Lizette was employed at the Social Security Administration in Philadelphia for 17 years.  She liked to travel and go to the beach.  Lizette loved family get togethers and watching Philadelphia sports with her husband.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Monday from 6-8 PM and Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Rd.  A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 AM.  Interment will follow at Locustwood Memorial Park in Cherry Hill.  If desired, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
