Obituary of Thomas V Holmes

Thomas V. Holmes, age 90 years of Pennsauken, passed away on March 17, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Claire (nee Leibrand).  Devoted father of Thomas J. Holmes (Denise), Tim Holmes, Chris Holmes (Jayne), Maureen Holmes and the late Maryclaire Holmes.  Loving grandfather of December (Tim), Taylor and Christopher.  Dear brother of Mary Fletcher and the late Robert Holmes.  Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. 

Prior to retirement, Thomas was employed as a line worker at Pepsi in Pennsauken for over 20 years.  He was a United States Army veteran serving in the Korean War.  Thomas was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching Jeopardy and Channel 6 News.  He was very family oriented and his family was the most important thing to him. 

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Thursday from 6-8 PM and Friday from 9:30-10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Rd.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11 AM at Mary, Queen of All Saints Church of St. Cecilia, 4824 Camden Ave Pennsauken.  Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 OR Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517 Topeka, KS 66675.
