So sorry for our loss. Joe was a great friend, with a great sense of humor. What I will remember most was his love of dancing. The whole gang would get all decked out and go to the Coliseum for a night of fun and dance, you couldn't get Joe off of the dance floor. The crew (Joe, Cheryl P., Teasie M., LeeAnn F. and I would get together for a nice dinner and a few drinks, on each others birthday. Sometimes we would go back to Cheryl's house where Joe and Cheryl or Teasie would cut a rug. We always had a good time when we were with Joe. I have so many fond memories of Joe, He will be greatly missed by me and the crew, we love you man. RIP Joe, till we meet again.
Death takes the body. God takes the sol. Our mind holds the memories. Our hearts keep the love. Our faith let;s us know we will meet again.

Joe was a dear friend. Kind and thoughtful. Always had great advice. So smart. He had a full life and lived life to the fullest before his illness. He loved music and had so much knowledge about different musicians, especially guitar players. My son and grandson are really into 70s rock. He would leave me messages about these songs from that time and name the guitar player he thought they should listen to. His memory was amazing. He loved his friend's. Loved to dance and hang out. Especially with his possy from high school. He would do anything to help you out if you needed him. Many times he went above and beyond to do things for me and my family, and many other friends.
He was a top notch Appraiser.
Always spot on. His research was amazing and very thorough. He taught me so much about comps and out of the box ways to find information out. He helped me many times on difficult projects and appraisals.
The last 4/5 years have been so hard for him. He did suffer alot. But didnt complain about his illness until the last few months. He was so tired. Your in a better place my friend. You will be missed by so many. Will miss talking to you!
