D'Angelo, Jr., D.M.D., F.A.G.D., age 50 of Downingtown, PA, passed away on December 3, 2012 at Neighborhood Hospice in West Chester, PA surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved fiance of Susan O'Neill, loving son of Anthony J. Sr., and Dorothy (nee Wayock); devoted father of Devon Elizabeth and Dominic Gary; and dear brother of James (Mary), David (Renee), Tracey (Ivan) Tancredi and the late Gary (Michele). Anthony operated his own family dental practice for 20 years and was a 2012 recipient of the Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry.  He was also very active in many community organizations and with his children's schools. Relatives and friends are invited to a Visitation on Saturday from 11 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 North Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 1 PM.  Interment services will take place privately. The family requests memorial contributions be made to Neighborhood Hospice, 400 East Marshall Street, West Chester, PA 19380.
