Obituary of Joan H Danas

Joan H. Danas (nee Petchner), age 79 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, passed away on January 4, 2020 at Samaritan Hospice in Mount Holly, NJ. She is the beloved wife of the late Theodore and daughter of Helen Mahon; devoted mother of Michelle Baitinger (Gregg), Patricia Danas and Stephen (Laurie) Danas; loving grandmother of Christopher, Matthew, Katie, Jillian, Tricia, Kerry, Samantha, Sara, Allison, Emily, Abby and Ella; cherished great grandmother of Alyssa, Joshua, Rachel, Tommy, Sonya, Julia, Natalie and Mikayla; and dear sister of the late Arlene Hennessey. Joan enjoyed reading books (especially murder mysteries), watching the Hallmark Channel and Game Show Network, playing Pogo and browsing the internet and camping. She loved spending time with her family and had a gentle nature and was extremely generous and kind-hearted, never having a bad word to say about anyone. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Saturday from 9 to 10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 10:30. Entombment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson.
