We knew Bill as he was married to my first cousin Carol. We met him several times and will never forget his outgoing, kind nature. His life was filled with a great career, family and charitable work. And how prestigious being a Maine Maritime graduate!!
We've lived in Maine now for 14 years and know Portland, Naples, Sebago & Long Lake. Bill was a true "Mainer" exemplifying the values, kindness, love, charity and caring that Maine is known for. God bless him and may he rest in peace!!
