Obituary of Ramona Rusi
Ramona Rusi (nee Maldonado), age 82 years of Camden for 41 years, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2020 at Samaritan Hospice in Mount Holly.
Beloved wife for 51 years of the late Ernesto Rusi, Sr. Devoted mother of Raymond Rusi, Glorivee Graham and her husband Michael, Esther Feliciano, David Rusi and his wife Sheilyn Aponte and the late Ernesto Rusi, Jr. Loving grandmother of Alexis G. Feliciano, Christopher R. Rusi, Benjamin Nam, Maximus R. Rusi, David E. Rusi, Jr., Maria E. Graham, Faith E. Rusi, Illiana S. Rusi, Aryianna J. Rusi, Christina M. Graham, Julianna R. Rusi and Kalel Rusi and great grandmother of Zayvian E. Torres. Dear sister of Celestino Maldonado, Monserrate Maldonado and Angel Manuel Maldonado. Also survived by sister in law, Juanita Espinosa as well as many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Ramona loved entertaining family and friends, reading the bible and Christian literature. She enjoyed volunteering at her church and in her community. Ramona was a church matriarch, leader, Sunday school teacher, church accountant and led the Woman’s church ministry and missionary for decades. Later in life, she was a NJ licensed childcare provider and she loved gardening and sharing with people the love of Jesus.
Ramona will be buried with her late husband, Ernesto at Arlington Cemetery in Pennsauken. Due to the current health crisis caused by COVID 19, all services are being held privately.
