Obituary of Robert Henry Jones

Robert Henry Jones, Jr., age 67 years of Pennsauken, passed away on September 19, 2020. Beloved son of the late Robert H. Sr. and Ellen Jones (nee Freeman). Devoted father of Robert H. Jones III, JoEllyn Jones, Tara Spruill-Jones and the late Robert CT Jones. Loving Pop Pop of Khadijah Howard, Tavaughn Jones, Tavius Jones, Taelynn Jones and Arjai Rivera and great Pop Pop of Ayden Howard. Dear brother of Linda Jones, Bruce W. Jones (Donna), Larry C. Jones and Christine Jones-Woods (Michael). Also survived by nieces and nephews, Frank Polk, Jr., Bruce Jones, Jr., Janelle Jones-Rodan (Peter), Simone Blackburn (Bernard), Larry Jones, Jr., Matthew Jones, and Melissa Jones. Prior to retirement in August, Robert was employed with UPS in Lawnside for over 20 years. He also worked for many years at A&J Landscaping. Robert was a ladies man who always liked to dress nice. He enjoyed sports, cars, music, and scratch offs. Robert loved and enjoyed life, he was a super Pop Pop and a family man who would do anything for the ones he loved. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 from 9-11 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Pennsauken. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bethel Hosanna AME Church Joshua Generation, 8216 Park Ave Pennsauken, NJ 08109. Due to current Covid capacity restrictions, please limit your stay so that others may enter the building to pay their respects. Masks must be worn in the building.
