Beloved wife of the late Felix Diaz-Hernandez; Devoted mother of Evelyn Diaz (Angel Nieves) and Awy Diaz (Jose Nieves); Loving grandmother of Bianca (Asah) Moore, Christopher Nieves and Kaitlynn Nieves; Dear sister of Gigi, Cuchy, Taty, Mirta, Hilda, Papo, David, Anibal, Carlos and Freddy. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday from 10:30 AM at the Church of St. Anthony of Padua, 2818 River Avenue in Camden, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 AM.  Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
