Luz P. Carerra (nee Milan) of Collingwood, passed away on March 12th, 2021 at 72 years. Beloved wife of the late Angel Manuel Crespo; Devoted mother of Agustin Carerra, Alexander Milan, Carmen Carerra, Andrew Carerra, Angela Crespo, Mark Crespo, Ramona Crespo, Edwin Crespo, Roberto Crespo, Milagro Crespo, Aida Crespo, Francisco Guzman and the late Angel Crespo; Loving grandmother of Luz M. Carerra, Tyrone Allen, Carlos Crespo, Mark Crespo, Angeliz Carambot, Bernard Carambot, Baby Mark Crespo, Cynthia Mansergh, Daniel Mansergh, Rachel Philon, Aiden Melendez, Azaris Melendez and Samuel Reyes, German Uribe, Marc Anthony Cruz, Giovanni Cruz, Dante Lopez, Brandon Colon, Roberto Colon, Ciara Colon, Hector Alicea, Mayra Alicea, O'mayra Alicea, Ayden Melendez, and Christian Crespo; Great grandmother of Bentley Carambot, Braxton Carambot, Joshua Carambot; Dear sister of Luz M. Milan, Felix Milan and Wilfredo Milan; Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Prior to retirement, Luz worked as a healthcare aide in nursing homes which she really enjoyed. She was an excellent cook and loved to feed not only her family but the entire neighborhood. Her interests were knitting, doing puzzles and loved watching Law & Order. Relatives & friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Monday from 6 to 8 PM and Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Falco Caruso & Leonard Funeral Home, 6600 Browning Road in Pennsauken. A Funeral service will be celebrated Monday evening at 7:30 PM. Due to current Covid-19 capacity restrictions, we ask that you please pay your respects in a timely manner to allow others to enter the building. Face masks MUST be worn inside both the funeral home. Interment Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
