Obituary of Elisa Ferri

Elisa Lillian "Lee" Ferri (nee Rongione) passed peacefully at Harmony Village in Moorestown where she has lived for the last nine years. She took her last breaths on March 17, 2021 in the afternoon. Lee was 91 years old, born on May 8, 1929 in Camden, New Jersey. She lived in Pennsauken, NJ with her husband, Albert, who preceded her death in 1992. Lee was a quiet, sweet woman who was described often at a "tough bird." The "angels" from Harmony Village and also from Ascend Hospice all loved her and will miss her dearly. G-mom Lee is survived by two sons, Bob (Kathryn) and Bruce (Shannon), and one daughter, Linda; five grandchildren, Apryl, Troy, Chelsea, Erika, and Sarah; 9 great grandchildren; a sister, Rita Gigliotti (Vincent); and three nephews, Greg, Steve, and Vinnie, who all loved her and wish they could have spent more time with her, but our memories of her will live on. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation on Monday from 10 to 11:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill. If desired, memorial donations may be made in her name to Ascend Hospice, 1600 Saint George's Avenue, Suite 312, Rahway, NJ 07065. Due to current Covid restrictions, please pay your respects in a timely manner to allow others to enter the building. Face masks must be worn at all times.
