Obituary of William B. Stranahan

William B. Stranahan, Sr., age 100 of Camden, passed away on January 15, 2022 at Cooper Medical Center in Camden.

He is the beloved husband of 68 years to Rena J. (nee Bensel); devoted father of Kathleen Vandergrift (Charlie), William B. Stranahan Jr., Rena Conway, Janet C. Figueroa (Ernie), and the late Carl "Baldy" Stranahan and Brenda Stranahan; Loving grandfather of Michael Stranahan, Kathy "Little" Angier, Keith Connell, Kristin Stranahan, Carl Conway Jr., Heather Snyder and Joey Stranahan; and great grandfather of 10.

Mr. Stranahan was a United States Army Veteran, serving during World War II. He was an extremely hard worker all of his life, and a devoted father, husband and pop-pop who enjoyed watching the Phillies and Eagles.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Saturday from 9 to 10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Pennsauken.
