Obituary of Olga Esperanza Escobar

Olga E. Escobar, age 92 years of Pennsauken, passed away on January 26, 2022.

Olga was born in Managua, Nicaragua to the late Miguel Escobar and Luisa Hernandez. Beloved wife of the late Andres Ruiz. Devoted mother of Angela Rivera, Andrea Rodriguez, Edgar Ruiz, Lidia Ruiz, Andres Escobar, Maria Ruiz, and the late Samuel Ruiz. Loving grandmother of Leonel, Miguel, Oscar, Marvin, Ezequiel, Maritza, Ronald, Héctor, Gisselle, Jenny, Sergio, Edwin, Nohelia, and Daniel and great grandmother of 30. Dear sister of Horasio Ramirez, Orlando Ramirez, Donal Ramirez, Goaquin Ramirez, William Ramirez, Elba Ramirez, Margot Ramirez, Dora Ramirez, and the late German Escobar.

Olga enjoyed gardening, nature, trips to the beach, vacationing and travelling. She also liked to watch movies and was very fond of scrolling on Facebook. She loved reading her Bible and sharing her blessings with those who needed it. Olga was always helping others and giving back to her community. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 10:30-11:30 AM at the Falco, Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Pennsauken.
