Obituary of James M. Surgner, Sr.

James M. Surgner, Sr., age 80 of Pennsauken, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away on February 22, 2022 at his home.

Beloved husband of Maria (nee Fratianni); Devoted father of Cheryl Schweizer (George), Jackie Singer, James “Jimmy” Surgner Jr. (Michelle), Marianne Surgner and the late Michael Surgner; Loving grandfather of Jaclyn Hutton (Jonathan), Robert R. Singer III, Casey, Joseph (Alyssa) and Melissa Schweizer and Alexis, Sarah, Ashley, Dana and Nicole Surgner; Cherished great grandfather of Aiden Krykewycz and Everly Hutton; Dear brother of Margaret Daniels (Howard).

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Tuesday from 7 to 9 PM and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM at the Church of St. Stephen, 6300 Browning Road in Pennsauken.  Entombment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter, 399 Market St #250, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
